During my life journey on 3D planet earth as a spiritual being having a human experience, when I look at all the curve balls I have had thrown my way, some take the cake more than others. Some situations take a long time to move through, and some can go rather quickly.
I believe life throws at me what I need to pay attention to in order to grow, and learn new ways of looking at things for my spiritual growth, in order to become a better version of myself. I think Nature is our teacher and provides us what we need to bring attention to our actions and thoughts, so we come to think differently for the benefit of our spiritual growth. I believe many of us as human beings want a lot of the same things, and we share similar difficulties. How we respond to those challenges makes the difference. Our thoughts and feelings towards what we are going through determine whether we experience the situation smoothly or in a challenging way.
I know utilizing the power of my own mind effectively gives me the luxury of choice, and the discernment to determine how I react to different circumstances and experiences. I can see it as a lesson or a curse, depending how I choose to react.
I had an experience earlier in my life where every time I went through the airport screening, I would be stopped and screened. I remember being stressed when making travel plans, not wanting to be late, and irritated at my spouse for not getting us to the airport early enough. Add to that having to be checked and searched every time, and it struck me that something bigger was at work here. It wasn’t until I opened up to my higher self and shifted my thoughts and how I reacted, then my experiences began to change. No more stress, no more getting checked and patted down.
I was getting it and learning a lot. I was in the flow of ‘whatever happens happens’. It will be how it will be, and being ok with how it transpires. Now, as the world goes through the biggest curve ball I have seen in my lifetime, and going through the game of life, my awareness is heightened to a different reality than some. I usually stay away from the mainstream media as much as possible, as we can create more harm than good with generating fear, which can be worse than what is actually going on.
Let us look at the statistics of how many people die of the flu and pneumonia each year. I am not saying it isn’t serious, but what I am saying is your thoughts and feelings towards it are important to stay above the fear and not to get sucked under to a lower vibrational way of living. As a teacher of a deeper level of numerology, I always want to dissect the numbers of people and places. When it comes to the virus, I think the most important thing to focus on is the reaction that we have to the virus. I ask myself, “What am I doing daily to keep my happiness and vibrations at a high level? What is my routine?”
Waking up happy, refreshed, ready for mediation and yoga, I set the day’s intentions with gratitude and gratefulness for being alive and in good health. It’s important that we stay in a high vibrational frequency, as we are the ones who create our own stress and our so-called heaven or hell right here on Earth. One of my favourite mentors, Bonita Summers, teaches and reminds me to connect with My Higher Self.
Stay Safe and Stay Happy.
What are you doing daily to heighten your vibration?
